Finding Coupon Codes Fast

Using coupon codes is one of those things that many people are ambiguous about — should they do it, or should they not? I say why not save some money, but only as long as you don’t spend too much time looking for those coupons. It’s not really a saving if you spend an hour to find a coupon and then save 10 cents off something, is it? So, like most other posts on here, this one gives some tips on how to do things quickly and efficiently – because after all, time is money!

There is a chrome extension called Honey, which is great for this kind of stuff. Once you install that, it’ll basically pop-up right when you are checking out on some online store, and run through a gamut of codes it finds all over the web and then applies the one to your cart that saves you the most money. You can’t get any more efficient than that!

Then there are many other sites dedicated to the purpose of providing codes, such as RetailMeNot. But they don’t necessarily have codes for everything. So what I like to do is to simply type in exactly what I am looking for – for example “Petchatz coupon code” and then checkout the first few sites that come up. I almost always very quickly find a way to save a few bucks off my purchase.
